As difficult as it is to make friends with your classmates, the both of us found that we had a lot of common interests besides our majors once we really started talking. We were initially drawn to developing a game together before realizing how ambitious that dream was (this thought has been put on pause for now), as a result we turned towards indie or personal web development as a means to express ourselves.
We wholeheartedly believe in the power of personal web development as it steadily becomes overtaken by convenient website builders, especially as creatives looking to make the most of the digital landscape. Many people have contributed their piece to the conversation surrounding the personal web as a means of expression, but we wanted to stake a small claim on the discussion of 'cringe.'
United by cringe, we take on the world of Industry and Academia.
Isabella is an artist and dweeb who wants to make cool shit!
She is primarily interested in exploring the grey areas between society and technology through all sorts of mediums. Her biggest problem is that she often gets into things 5 years too late to talk about it with others. But who cares?
anklesock is one of Isabella's oldest sonas that she made when she was in 6th grade!
